10ozSharp Cheddar cheese spread
5ozBlue cheese spread
3tbWine vinegar
1dsGarlic salt
1cChopped nuts

Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature. Combine with remaining ingredients except nuts. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. Shape into ball, roll in nuts. Serve as a spread for crackers. Makes 1 quart.
